Catholic School's Week

This week has been so much fun!!!  It is a time when we embrace our Catholic identity as a school and have many fun, meaningful activities daily.  My own kids love, love, LOVE not having to wear their uniforms this week, as it combines with Spirit Week.  Here are some highlights from our week....
MONDAY:
Monday was dress like a superhero day.  It was also trivia day, where we met up with other K, 1, and 2 classes and held a trivia.

Batman and Robin

TUESDAY:
Tuesday was "Back in Time" day.  You could dress in any era you wanted.  It was also the school's Rummage Sale day.  The school has a rummage sale and donates the profits to needy kids all over the world.

WEDNESDAY:

Wednesday was "black out" day where everyone wore black.  It was also our school's talent show AND the 100th day of school!  BUSY BUSY!  Here are some pictures of our day!

I'm not sure if you can see the Smartboard, but that is our 100's chart indicating we had reached 100 days!!!

100th day headbands!

We used an app to age their pictures.  They LOVED this!
THURSDAY:

On Thursday, we had PJ day and a movie in the afternoon with other classes.  I forgot to take pictures this day, as it was Student Appreciation Day--and a busy day of greeting and cheering for the students as they entered the school in the morning and helping them with their Chris's Pancake surprise at lunch!

FRIDAY:

Friday was "nerd" dress day.  We also had Silly Olympics for the kids--which is fun relay type races between different grade levels.

I think I have just as much fun as the kids do this week!
